Organizations and teams
Create an organization, invite colleagues and group them into teams such as Design or Finance.
Share with a whole team
Give a team or the entire organization viewer or editor access to a folder, instead of adding people one by one.
Invitations by email
Colleagues who already have an account accept from the email or from inside the app. Invitations expire after seven days if they are not accepted.
5 TB per seat
Business is billed per seat, so the team grows and shrinks with the plan. Files can be as large as 100 GB.
1 year of history
Earlier versions are kept for 1 year, and deleted files stay in the trash for 1 year.
The same protection for everyone
Files are encrypted before storage, every member can turn on two-factor authentication, and each person sees their own connected devices.
