Uploads
Uploads built for large files
Each file is sent in pieces. If the connection drops, the app asks the server which pieces it already has and continues from there, and a piece that is sent twice does no harm. The finished file is stored encrypted, with a SHA-256 fingerprint recorded for later checks.

Sharing
Share with people, teams or the whole internet
Give specific people or teams viewer or editor access, or create a read-only link for everyone else. Links can have a download limit; where your plan allows it they can also need a password and stop working on a date you choose. Passwords and expiry are part of Pro and Business. You can disable a link at any moment and the next visitor is turned away.
- Share a whole folder and everything you add to it later is shared too
- Access is checked again on every request, not only when the link is created
- Downloads use signed, short-lived addresses
History
Go back to any version, bring back anything you deleted
A changed file never overwrites its past: earlier versions stay available to restore. Version history is kept from 30 days on Free to 1 year on Business. Deleted files go to the trash first, where they are kept from 30 days on Free to 1 year on Business, and you can restore them from there.
